Donna E. Smith, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, DRCC, CCS

Donna E. Smith founded Expressions Behavioral Health Services in 2008 with the vision of empowering people to move beyond behaviors that limit them and allow them to realize their potential.

Expressions uses an eclectic approach to counseling. We provide comprehensive behavioral services to educate and nurture children and families to help identify the causes of emotional and/or behavioral health challenges. Clients then find appropriate solutions to the issues that interfere with their overall well-being and functioning within the family, the school and the community. 

Donna earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Kean University; is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC); and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).

Donna’s experience included work with juvenile offenders, addictions recovery, DYFS involved youth and families, people living with HIV/AIDS, families in transitional housing, crisis intervention, LGBTIQ populations, employee assistance, and multiple mental health issues.
